Bruins best Eagles on the road

Capital High turned in a road win over Missoula Big Sky on Thursday, 62-55.

The Bruins (3-6 overall, 2-9 in Western Conference play) now move ahead ofthe Eagles (2-16, 1-10) and are no longer tied for the last spot in the league.

The teams were tied at 14 after the first quarter and Capital held just aone-point edge at the half. A low-scoring third saw the Bruins increase theirlead to four, and they managed to hold off their hosts down the stretch to comeaway with the win.

Bradley Haller and Matt McGinley led Capital, scoring 10 and 16,respectively. Jordan Casselman matched that total for Big Sky.

Capital returns home for Senior Night, taking on Hellgateon Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
